OTC Billing Team Lead

with Polish

What will you do:

Guide and support the OTC Team as leader.
Manage tasks allocation day to day and Team performance (KPIs, SLAs).
Be the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for OTC process.
Team management - setting strategic long term goals for the team, day to day management, team development, performance appraisals, development plans.

What do we expect:

Fluent English & Polish
Experience in Team Lead role with OTC scope would be an asset.
Advance Excel skills.
Billing experience & SAP knowledge nice to have
Competence with other Microsoft Office software, presentations skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
Skilled in teaching others, outgoing, people person, Project Management experience.
