Principal Accountabilities:

  • To monitor and investigate error logs and the reasons for deviations in shipments during loading or delivery by liaising with various stakeholders, e.g. scheduling support, hauliers, supply, stock reconciliation and collect operational details to provide the solution
  • Process product loads: Check and resolve loading error logs,
  • Process product deliveries: Check and resolve delivery error logs to status delivery confirmed
  • Investigate all inconsistent deliveries to ensure that the right quantity is invoiced to the right customer
  • Process customers’ disputes by amending shipments to the correct product, quantity and customer
  • Support investigation of stock differences at the depot / customer’s Retail sites while co-operating with Inventory and Wetstock/Stock Reconciliation teams and provide necessary shipment amendments in case of need
  • Meet operational KPIs
  • Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible
  • Ensure compliance with local country regulations,
  • Support simplification and process improvement to achieve maximum automation level.
  • Observe and report Hauliers performance in relation to load and delivery data quality

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Good IT affinity
  • Good English language skills (B2) and German language skills (B2 nice to have)
  • Priority setting in a hectic operational environment
  • Strong partnerships skills
  • Maintain resilience under pressure

Special challenges:

  • Investigate and timely resolve all inconsistencies among loaded and delivered quantities
  • Process month end closure under high pressure
  • Manage wide range of Shell internal Stakeholders across functions and geographical regions on a global scale (Scheduling, Delivery Assurance Team, Road Transport, Supply, Retail Billing, Retail Wetstock/
    Retail Wetstock/Stock Reconciliation, Hydrocarbon Management, Tax team, Inventory, Invoice Settlement team.
