Job Description:

With the pandemic accelerating the pace of digitalization and changing how we work, Administrative Support will be vital as we work to make Legal simpler and more efficient. You will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Shell Legal’s staff.

What is the Role?

As Administrative Support in Legal, you’ll be a key member of a team providing administrative support for Legal. You’ll thrive on providing excellent administrative support while demonstrating a growth mindset as we look to make Legal simpler and more efficient.

More specifically, you will:

- primarily provide day-to-day support the Legal Department staff which may include the following tasks:
- complex travel bookings & expenses
- time writing, and document preparation (as needed)
- work as one of a team of Administrative Support pool in Legal in our Krakow SBO office providing cover for colleagues as required and sharing best practice
- ensure effective team onboarding/ offboarding as appropriate

What We Need from You?

Key areas for success in this role will be your excellent people, IT and organizational skills.
- You are an effective team player
- You are flexible, pro-active, able to multi-task and prioritize, with the confidence and initiative to coordinate support across teams promptly and efficiently
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
- You are confident with IT: accomplished in using current tools (Office 365/ SharePoint/ Concur) specifically, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Confident in quickly mastering new apps and processes
- You respect confidentiality requirements
