You will:
- Managing 4-6-people team of translators
- Coordination of translations to provide timeline and high quality content for Czech and Slovak customers
- Supervision of SEO production
- Uploading content for Czech and Slovak customers – video, articles, inspirations
- Close cooperation with other departments and headquarter to ensure a smooth workflow
- Establishing and managing cooperation with freelancers
You come with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team – hiring, organizing its work, motivating, monitoring results and developing team members
- Native knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
- Accuracy, organizational and analytical skills
- Orientation to detail and high working standards
- Great communication skills which able you to cooperate with people on different levels of organization
- Good organization of own work
- Fluency in English or Polish (verified during recruitment)
