WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Student of last years of studies with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation,
• Individual with fluent proficiency in Polish and a good level of written and oral English,
• Candidate with strong computer skills, especially Excel,
• Candidate with good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize one’s tasks,
• Strongly motivated candidate focused on development and willing to learn the inside out of employee benefits,
• Other assets include knowledge of SAP.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Internship for duration of 6 that can be extended up to 12 months,
• Daily contact with people from all around the world,
• Possibility to practice your language skills each day.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Support the administration of employees benefits,
• Support Philip Morris employees based in Poland with benefits related queries,
• Make data entries in our HR system (SAP),
• Create and update documentation, i.e. Operational Manuals,
• Participate in various continuous improvement initiatives & projects.
