To have regular touch points with their relevant global product teams
Support the global product teams in co creation of global marketing campaigns in cooperation with local affiliates infusing the client team with content and campaign expertise
Document campaign journeys and decisions made on marketing campaign messaging, storyline, channels, and effectiveness tracking
Provide end to end project oversight in association with their supporting digital project manager DPM to ensure the delivery of global campaigns that meet agreed timeline and quality KPIs
Acts as first channel of escalation for the global product teams
Supports and drives the Digital Content and Services Lab The Lab adoption with the global product teams
Support global product teams to develop their editorial calendar
Supports the co creation process and actively gain feedback from the wider Local Engagement Manager LEM community on the performance of the global content and where it can be improved
Drives content localization in local affiliates via LEMs by informing them of campaign launches, and ensuring pull through of content and data
Work with The Lab analytics team to translate performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform future global campaign strategies
Provide on going advice to the global product teams on how to improve the quality of content through digital marketing and multi channel expertise as well as sharing best practice guidance from within and outside the Pharmaceutical Industry
Support the global product teams with their onboarding to the modular content strategy
Proactively identify problems and new opportunities for The Lab, liaising with wider program teams LEMs, production, analytics to create and scale solutions across the program

Marketing Account Management experience client facing
