WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is an asset
• 2+ year of experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, logistics, production planning) in a global/multinational FMCG
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Advanced level of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers
• Analytical Skills - Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems.
• Eye For Business - Ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, evaluate impacts of decisions on the company's metrics
• Communication: Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to get along with diverse set of partners and levels in the organization.
• Taking care of Ambiguity: Ability to optimally cope with change, to decide and act without having the total picture and to comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
• Influencing Skills - Ability to influence up and down the organization to motivate changes

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Production scheduling:
- Prepare rolling, coordinated and synchronized production scheduling for -manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon in order to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts.
- Ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan for the respective production site for the SIP processes balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company.
- Enforce to stock policies while keeping human and machine resources at the lowest cost, and within operational constraints (e.g. materials availability and equipment efficiency).
- Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Build and maintain partnership with key partners from Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Chain or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in the processes.
- Seek & identify continuous improvement opportunities in SIP & related Supply Planning processes and raise proposals for the process enhancements.
