Customer Master Data Specialist with German

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are responsible for

• Planning, coordinating and doing aftercare of customer master data

• Changes of established customer master data

• Verifying legal requirements for creation of new customer vs. changing existing customer number

• Creating/maintaining master data for affiliations to hospital chains and buying groups

• Doing mass changes for customer master data

• Working on improvement projects – doing a high degree of research in cooperation with other departments

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

The team based in Lodz is responsible for providing support for the sales team in DACH.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• To be fluent in German and English

• Process improvement capabilities

• Good understanding of operations services processes

• Data management tools knowledge

• Service mind-set, with a focus on process excellence and data quality

• A pro-active mindset with experience in the related field

• To be able to a have a conversation with the customers in German and English

• To be able to write and answer customers & e-mails in German and English (business language)

• Be able to see misunderstandings or differences
