In this program, you have the opportunity to

Work in a full-time, regular position within the Supply Chain department, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication

The exposure to the different functional areas will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers.

You will use your language skills on a daily basis while cooperating with our partners across European markets. By obtaining functional training, within 12 months you will become a professional, ready to fill a permanent role in one of the above-mentioned business functions.

The Graduate Program consists of

• New Employee Orientation Program 6-12 weeks of functional training

• Targeted learning focused on soft skills

• Coaching & mentoring

• Professional Development Planning process

• Networking opportunities

Within the Order Management Team, you will be responsible for

• Management of sales orders

• Process order activities in SAP and other supporting applications

• Support Order Management team in daily operations

• Preparing daily meetings (lean daily management boards)

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor or Master Degree

• Good knowledge (ideally B2 level) of English and French. Any other will be a great plus

• From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)

• Availability to work at least 30h/week, preferably 40h/week

• Interest in developing your professional career within Supply Chain

• High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards
