In this role, you have the opportunity to live your passion to Supply Chain and be responsible for timely and accurate processing of incoming orders.
You are responsible for
· Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking, etc.)
· Claim management on delivery, invoice, quality issues, resolution of customer queries
· Using and maintaining adequate tools and informing about market changes
· Providing excellent customer service for our stakeholders and customers
· Reporting, monitoring and control of order book
· Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
You are a part of
Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· University degree (at least Bachelor)
· Proven track record of managing orders or customer service
· Fluent French and good English (spoken and written)
· Good knowledge of Ms Office, basic SAP or similar ERP system nice to have
· Perfect communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under time pressure
· Knowledge of logistics / supply chain
