Philips People Services – HR opportunity for Nordic Language Speakers

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Learn and use HR Tools such as Workday, electronic files, and case management system.

You will be a support for the team of HR Generalists, which are providing service for employees from Nordic countries in the scope of PPS Center Europe.

Your main responsibilities

• Handling personal files

• Preparing respective employment documentation

• Answering employees queries

• Processing and updating requests in the case management system

• The input of data to HR systems

• Run reports from SAP HR/ Workday

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Student of last year of studies or graduate

• Fluent Nordic language (preferably Danish) and English (both orally and in writing)

• Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office) is essential

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload

• Personal integrity when handling confidential information

• Interest in HR will be an asset
