Attracting the right talent is critical for the future of Philips and its customers. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic EMEA team attracting young talent by building rapport with colleges and universities – as well as by using social media, our network and active search. Hence you will be acting as a strategic advisor and implement the Campus recruitment strategy through event planning & execution as well as driving candidate management for internships and graduate traineeships.
You are responsible for

Driving the end-to-end recruitment process for campus vacancies (internships & graduate traineeships) - from identifying the business needs to leading all aspects of the offer process for the selected candidate

Running the end-to-end relationship with relevant target universities and colleges – as well as planning and carrying out recruitment events (job fairs, guest lectures at universities etc.) - based on the academic calendar

Shaping our EMEA campus recruitment strategy as well as implementing it - and thereby establish Philips as an employer of choice offering meaningful work

Partnering with our businesses to create an excellent intern experience - beyond the learning pathway and proactively promote interns for full-time graduate opportunities

Act as a strategic talent advisor to the business by staying up to date on labor market trends, graduate recruitment and sourcing tools

Be a true teammate and support your colleagues in EMEA by practicing knowledge sharing, help out if needed and living a culture of constructive feedback and ever-day learning
You are a part of
The Talent Acquisition function is one of the Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in our HR organization. Together with HR Managers, HR Business Partners and other CoEs, we deliver HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle.
In the Campus Team, you will be part of a European network of 21 talented colleagues located out of different countries, such as: France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Israel and UK.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

Several years of relevant recruiting experience in a corporate context – combined with a Bachelor or Master degree

A structured approach – to have the ability to deal with a large variety of activities and partners
-
Excellent communication and influencing skills – combined with a strong customer focus
-
Strong learning agility with proactive, “can do” attitude
-
Project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset
-
Good knowledge about university’s society (e.g. students’ organizations, university’s events) will be an advantage;

Fluency in English and Polish (both verbally and in writing) is a must
