WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles in an international manufacturing organization
• Practical experience in managing big teams of people (minimum 200 employees)
• Excellent knowledge and experience of implementing "manufacturing excellence" programs and changed management where production facilities have embraced global standards or been in turnaround situations
• Strong leadership skills in increasing team engagement and the proven ability to lead multi-functional teams
• Project Management and Change Management skills
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong capacity to impact, influence and coach, action orientated and culture awareness.
• Fluent in English and desirable Polish, both written and spoken

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Leading the implementation and deployment of IWS methodology in Poland
• Managing a team responsible for deployment and maintenance of Integrated Work System Continuous reviewing of PMI best practices, furthering people engagement, driving innovation and increasing organization agility to deliver business results.
• Ensuring local operating standards are met according to global standards.
• Creating a culture of sustainable knowledge sharing on continuous improvement tools and methods.
• Standardizing of work processes, daily managing systems with focus on achieving set standards in key pillars.
• Coordinating necessary training activities for the site.
• Managing and developing of a motivated and skilled team to ensure performance levels, professional development and achievement of objectives.
• Preparing and managing of department budget based on factory objectives to ensure optimal allocation of resources, adequate funding and compliance with financial practices.
