You are responsible for

• Initiate and manage projects from definition, through execution, to closure, including planning, budget control, stakeholder management and regular communication updates. Ensures that processes are properly documented and deployed
• Set and deploy high standards on project management skills across GBS.
• Drive deployment of GBS strategy within GBS
• Build communities of practice across GBS, in close cooperation with central team and internal customers.
• Define the risks and issues of the KPIs and SLA’s implementation and develops scenarios to overcome these risks
• Change management towards key stakeholders, both internal (Markets, Businesses, Functions) as well as external (customers) where appropriate.

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Master's degree, or equivalent
• Relevant working experience, including experience in successfully managing various projects
• Be strong at structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills
• Good influencing and relationship building skills
• Change management skills and good process and data analytical skills
• Experienced in Lean (DM, problem solving, Value Stream Mapping etc.)
• Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is required.
