As Business Analyst you will join Philips’ Accounting Operations team. On daily basis you will use AutoBank that is the tool to automatically clear incoming and outgoing payments on the external bank statements, manage bank statements and AutoBank rule creation and maintenance (C&C, PtP, R2R).

Provide advanced data analysis for EMEA Operations Hub using latest reporting tools in order enable effective problem solving and standardization activities within E2E value chain. Business analyst will work in close cooperation with Project Managers, Business Process Experts and Hub Functions.

You are responsible for

· Managing bank statements and AutoBank rule creation and maintenance (C&C, PtP, R2R)

· Increase reporting capabilities using digital tools

· Increase the power of analytics in cooperation with GBS performance team

· Performing improvement projects

· Continuously improve GBS reporting capabilities

· Support KPIs reporting and analysis in Collection & Cash Application team

· Support Hub MPR analysis

· Support VSM and Problem Solving initiatives by data

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Min. bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance & Accounting, Financial Analysis

  • Around 2 years of experience in at least one of following areas: risk management /finance analytics /SCM analytics /CS analytics /fraud /compliance analytics /marketing analytics

  • Knowledge and good understanding of Cash Collections procedures

  • Advanced in Excel, Experience in Tableau/Qlik, VBA, PowerBI will be an asset

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Ability to use data for exploratory, descriptive, inferential, prescriptive, and advanced analytics

  • Ability to share dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from data

  • Strong exposure to statistics - predictive analytics (experience with Six Sigma will be a strong asset)

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful with ability to multitask
