As Online Payment and Fraud Specialist you will join Credit & Collection team. On daily basis you will have a chance to investigate disputes, reduce chargebacks and increase authorization rates. Working on improvements in the process and cooperating with various departments. The key challenges for the coming period will be to maintain a smooth financial operation of the online shop while working in an expanding and dynamic environment. Moreover, you will help defining and implementing finance related requirements and make improvements in the end-to-end online payment process as a whole where possible.

You are responsible for

  • Monitoring, analyzing and controlling the order to cash processes for credit cards and online payments

  • Optimizing fraud prevention too

  • Managing and optimize the remittance process

  • Maintaining a clear and up to date accounts receivable position

  • Handling payment disputes and manual refunds

  • Reviewing feasibility of new order flow from a finance and system perspective

  • Providing accurate and reliable reporting on sales to stakeholders of the shop

  • Responsible for making sure regulations are met

  • Sparring partner for the central E-commerce team for implementing new functionalities and fixing issues

  • Continuously drive improvements in the E-commerce processes

  • Independent working approach and become a subject matter expert in this area

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Master/bachelor degree in finance & accounting, business administration or economics

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in fraud area

  • Knowledge of eCommerce and Online Payments domain would be beneficial

  • Relevant experience with liaising with Online Payment Providers

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Pro-active, independent and hands-on attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP (FICO)

  • Your way of working is characterized by a high level of accuracy and you are fluent in English

  • Business driven attitude and a sparring partner for the E-commerce team
