In this role, you have the opportunity to:

• Manage Ariba supplier Catalogs base for Philips globally
• Act as 1st line support for operational issues connected to catalog transactions
• Cooperate with Philips strategic buyers and suppliers with regards to new catalog set up
• Ensure the right quality of operations according to the existing standards and the KPIs
• Solve escalations and take corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure great experience for Philips internal customers by providing excellent service and communication around it
• Support/initiate and execute process improvement

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent English is a must
• Knowledge of Ariba Guided Buying/ P2O or similar procurement tools is required
• Proven record of working with supplier catalogs will be an asset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of organization
• Good organizational skills and aptitude for detail
• Fast learner
• Analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
