Miinto is a leading e-commerce platform in fashion operating across Europe. Right now, we are going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan, in 2020 we successfully launched 6 new markets and increased the size of our Customer Care Team significantly, as well as expanded our support to 24hour live support. Therefore we need a talented and productive Customer Care Team Leader, with French language skills to be a motivating and supporting Point of Contact for our Customer Care Heroes supporting France. The Team leader will work productively on all Miinto’s customer care contact channels alongside their fellow team members.

What you'll do

  • Live and breathe our Customer Care Mission & Core Values
  • Motivate team members to deliver excellent service
  • Assuring KPIs such as productivity and quality alignment is met, and contributing to reaching company OKR
  • Coaching team members and supporting them regarding individual case handling
  • Conducting 1on1 meetings and performance meetings with team members
  • Be in charge of weekly team meetings and actions based on these
  • Point of contact in case of Agent absence
  • Delegating operational AD HOC task to team members
  • Assisting on recruitment interviews

What we're looking for

  • Excellent French and English language skills
  • Proven experience within Leading a team in Customer Service environments
  • Proactive in taking initiative
  • Capable of creating a motivating environment
  • Capable of taking decisions
  • Strong communicator, well organized and structured mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
  • Capable of addressing and solving conflicts
