In this role, you will have opportunity to:

Drive Supplier Consolidation and Performance, enabling Philips to improve Customer Satisfaction and competitiveness of Philips in the Marketplace. You will drive profitability for our stockholders by improving reliability. You will provide operational management of the assigned repair partner from implementation thru ongoing performance to goals.

You are responsible for:

Managing day to day operations between Philips and the Supplier:

• Delivery performance

• Lead Time

• Cycle Time

• Scrap

• Reliability

• Quality

• Cost

• Inventory Management

• Fill rate

• Liability Agreements

• Product Transfers

• Master Data management

• Forecast management

• Production planning

• Process implementation and development

• APQP implementation

• CSIP standards and compliance evaluation

• Operational Reporting

• Material and 2nd tier supplier management

• Engineering change implementation/management, i.e. holds, EC's, SCR's

You are a part of

The Philips Repair Team that is driving centralization and standardization of all Philips repair:

• Consolidation of 100’s of independent repair shops into a small consolidated list of partners

• Improvement in cost and cycle time

• Improvement in performance and predictability

• A regional repair approach that optimizes repairs in a way that reduces Logistics costs and CO2 emissions, while simultaneously optimizing capital investment

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Excellent project management skills

• Good knowledge on SAP and how it’s implemented throughout the organization is a plus

• Affinity with the Healthcare and Personal Health business.

• Good influencing, communications skills

• Change Management skills.

• Fluent in English, verbal and written

• Ability to travel up to 25%

• At least 7 years working experience in supply chain management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Repair

• Education: Technical Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business/ Economics/ Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences.
