Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Develop, maintain and improve relations with a limited number of accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. You will advise on installation, configuration, testing, maintaining and support MA&TC solutions .

You are responsible for

  • Designing and optimizing Philips solutions with the aiming for customer success.

  • Initiating and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.

  • Creating an account plan for each account for certain period in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group

  • Creating and implementing action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips.

  • Driving the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done.

  • Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree. Medical or technical background would be an asset

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or distributor management role, gained within the healthcare business

  • Experience in service engineer field would be an asset

  • Proven track record of selling medical devices for emergency medicine

  • Demonstrate strong solution selling approach

  • Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques

  • Excellent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan

  • Strong business acumen

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
