Join Arla’s ART (Agile Release Train) named ‘DSI – Digital Services & Infrastructure’, to be part of a great team delivering IT infrastructure across all base technology platforms. The ART has multiple teams in different technology areas – like Network, Integration, Server and Clients, Hybrid Security and is currently in a need of a new Senior SAP Solution Architect to join the ‘SAP Services’ team mainly, but also to support other teams, in- or outsite of DSI ART.
As a Senior SAP Solution Architect you have the architectural responsibility for SAP infrastructure (HW, OS, DB) and SAP Basis (Netweaver) for our global SAP landscape running mainly in our Datacenters but some also already running in Azure Cloud.
Specifically, you will:
•Execute daily deliverables in the SAP area within the agile SAP Services team and give the needed technical guidance to the agile team
•Support the Arla SAP Next transformation during the next couple of years – Moving to S4/Hana
•Responsible for creating / maintaining target architectures in SAP infrastructure environment
•Prepare content sheets for future updates / upgrades and agree with important Stakeholders, like Operations and other Solution Architects on SAP application level
•Do great Stakeholdermanagement towards IT Operations, our vendors and towards other Architects
•Have a close relationship to Release Train Architect and Enterprise Architects
•Prepare PI-planning together with the team members, participate in PI-planning in Denmark or Poland and demos of the deliverables of features towards the business
•Participate in collaboration forums
Who are you?
You have a strong business process understanding, allowing you to engage the dialogue with your business owners and other stakeholders and can combine this with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP infrastructure / SAP Basis preferable in Architecture position.
On top you are good in balancing agile speed / designing easy solutions with always having the mindset of high stability / quality solutions.
Furthermore, you:
•Are experienced in designing / evaluating a certified infrastructure for a S/4 SAP system landscape.
•You have deep SAP infrastructure / SAP Basic knowledge incl. High Availability on ABAP and Java systems incl. their databases.
•Be able to plan upgrades and find out dependencies in complex system landscape
•Experience with IaaS Cloud solutions and SAP Cloud platform running in Microsoft Azure platform is a great benefit.
•You are familiar with SAP basis security features, like ACL gateways, Webdispatchers etc.
•You have experience in databases, experience in IBM DB2 and SAP HANA at least. Other databases are a plus.
•ABAP code understanding is a plus but not a need
•Experiences in moving systems from on premise to cloud datacenters
•You speak and write English effortlessly
