Your role

Are you passionate about recruitment marketing? Do you know what talent wants from an employer and how social media works? Are you passionate about D,E&I and a campus marketing enthusiast? We’re looking for a recruitment marketing specialist to help us promote UBS as employer, from campus hiring to senior roles.

You'll
• deliver social content for events, social media and digital channels (in English)
• coordinate, plan and execute digital and face to face marketing activities
• project manage video content creation with agencies
• develop recruitment marketing campaigns to support our hiring needs in the US and other English speaking regions
• coordinate budgets

You’ll be part of the global Employer Branding & Recruiting Marketing team. Together we drive change and lead innovation in employer branding and recruitment marketing at UBS. And we're also fun to work with.

Your expertise

You have:
•3+ years of experience in marketing and communications or employer branding
•copywriting experience for social media
•some experience in campus marketing on digital and social media channels
•understanding of the university landscape in the US
•a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferably in marketing)

You are:
•a good person to work with, inspiring and creative
•interested in social media
•a great copywriter (in English)
•an exceptional communicator (and you know how to handle challenging situations)
•great at capturing an audience on social media
•native in English is a must
