For the new Agile Academy, we are looking for a crew lead responsible for the Academy’s overall service portfolio to:

• define the strategy, OKRs (quarterly objectives and key results) and run day-to-day operations ensuring the Academy offers a seamless experience
• promote an agile mindset, a ‘client centric’ culture and act as a cultural ambassador in the organization
• deeply understand the needs of the different employee groups undergoing an agile transformation
• continuously develop the portfolio of high impact and best-in-class learning journeys and ensure the crew’s backlog is prioritized to ensure business outcome
• act as line manager and servant leader to the product owners responsible for the different learning journeys and foster the professional development to operate at a high-performance level
• create strong connectivity within the organization, senior stakeholders and key clients to continuously assess, scale, adapt and further develop the Academy’s offerings

Your team

You’ll be working in the UBS University Agile Academy crew. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts that develop and deliver above-class, commercial differentiating learning journeys to equip all UBS colleagues with the knowledge and skills to embed the unified model of Agile@UBS. The academy is where our employees attend courses and seminars, track their learning journeys and are supported through agile coaches helping them become true agile practitioner and leaders. The academy also sets standards and provides certifications for all core agile roles.

Your expertise

• senior product leader with strong product management skills as well as several years of experience with a significant budget responsibility
• proven theoretical and practical knowledge of agile project methodologies, objectives and key results as well as extensive experience in leading learning or organizational development initiatives in the context of organization-wide transformations
• excellent business consultation, client relationship management and senior stakeholder management skills on a global level with an outstanding professional presence and expertise
• outstanding leadership skills promoting an empowered, engaged, and positive workplace as role model and servant leader
• fluent English, any other language is considered a plus
