We are looking for someone to contribute to Non-Financial Risk Reporting delivery within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance helping us with:
• automation and simplification of reporting requirements and products (e.g. creating self-service dashboards using Tableau
• blending/analysing data (using Alteryx) from various sources towards support stakeholder needs
• identifying and delivering better ways of sourcing and presenting statistical and qualitative information
• actively collaborating with other teams and Subject Matter Experts to identify value-added assessments and approaches to properly measure risk indicators
• delivery of presentations to either inform or educate report recipients about results of an analysis
Your team
Non-Financial Risk Reporting is part of the Governmental and Regulatory Affairs unit within the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance function and is responsible for reporting activities across a wide variety of stakeholders at both Group and functional level. Within NFRR, our team works collaboratively with our stakeholders to manage all aspects of design and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions, to help all levels of the organisation understand and make decisions about non-financial risk.
Your expertise
• at least 1 year of hands on experience of analysing data using Alteryx
• at least 1 year experience of creating self-service visualizations/ dashboards using Tableau or other visualisation tools
• at least 1 year of experience in data analytics roles
• a university degree, preferably in an analytical field (Math, Statistics, Physics, Finance or IT)
• a good understanding of operational risk and compliance
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• fluent in English
• an analytic thinker who enjoys enriching datasets with relevant commentary
• able to interact well with all levels of employees within a global organization
• experienced in working in international business environment, preferably at financial services company
