Your role

Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Do you want to develop sharp analytical skills? Are you well organized? The person we are looking for will be responsible for supporting financial management for one or more dedicated areas of Group Finance, including:
• monthly development of headcount and financial forecasting
• working with other team members to explain Function's cost structure and answer questions on cost movements
• monthly review of consumer billing
• maintaining the organizational structure including management reporting lines
• participating in team and stakeholders meetings
• all other business management activities, including governance and management support.

Your team

You will be part of the Finance Business Management Center of Excellence team. Among our broad portfolio of activities, we manage workforce and financial analysis, reporting, policy compliance, project and risk management, general administration. The team consists of highly skilled specialists who work alongside our global colleagues in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.

Your expertise

• availability to work minimum 30 hours/ week
• a student status or university degree
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• very good English, both written and spoken
• good MS Excel skills
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out) while still being a team player
