Your role
In the function of a Securities Specialist your main responsibilities are:
• Trading support for all type of products
• Booking trades
• Settling transactions on various markets
• Investigation for unsettled trades
Your team
You’ll be working in the team Order Room (OR)-Settlements in Wroclaw. We are responsible for the Order Room settlements for UBS Europe SE. This comprises pre-matching assistance, realignments, settlement monitoring, settlement fails management inclusive fails reporting. Investigating cash and securities are additional tasks. Through continuous process control and improvement a high quality standard and high productivity is ensured. Your paid internship will last 6 months, with a possibility of extension based on 40 hours/week.
Your expertise
You are highly committed and ideally possess the following skills:
- Student status or university degree
- Analytical thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excel knowledge
- Attention to details
- motivated, self-directed
- Fluent in Italian or German is a plus
- fluent in English, both spoken and written
