This role provides the successful candidate an opportunity to see various parts of organization through a CP (Contracting and Procurement) lens and to demonstrate such imperative Group behaviors as Commercial Mindset, External Focus and Speed of delivery. The focus will be on Sourcing and Contract management with Suppliers and analysis of spend and contracts portfolio, helping to drive execution of KPI’s across IT Procurement Team.
You will be responsible for:

Managing portfolio of Operational/Tactical Agreements of the IT scope
-
Utilize market knowledge and business drivers to develop, negotiate and execute fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Operational and Tactical spend, aligned with internal procedures

Providing a strong commercial influence with optimizing IT demand and specifications
-
Creating a deeper business partnership within the scope of the role focused to deliver maximum business value

Conduct RFI’s & RFP’s
-
Deliver cost savings
-
Managing contracts through their contract lifecycle

Participate and drive various process improvement initiatives

Demonstrate health& safety behaviors in dealings with colleagues/contractors
Requirements:
-
Bachelor or master’s degree in any Commercial Discipline, including Law, Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain/ Business Management
-
Min 2 years of experience in Procurement department (sourcing, contracting)
-
IT (Software, Hardware, IT Professional Services) or Technology experience
-
Experience in managing contracts and/or commercial negotiations including negotiation of legal aspects
-
Ability to manage/ interact with senior stakeholders
-
Very good analytical skills including advanced MS Excel experience
-
Results oriented with strong prioritization skills

Fluent English speaker
