WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?• Candidate with 1-3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in Human Resources
• Communicative problem solver with a university degree and excellent command of English, Russian and Ukrainian
• Analytical thinking and advanced MS Excel user
• SAP - obligatory knowledge
• Excellent consumer orientation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments in the organization
• Can do attitude and result oriented approach

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?• Provide a wide range of organizational support to market People & Culture (HR) team and business
• Performing tasks related to personal data change, salary & wage control and monthly closure
• Support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves
• Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyzes
• Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave
• Preparation of documents for organizational changes
• Support the work of Absence Management System
• Support the process of employees awarding
• Prepare various reports and analyzes for decision making
• Participate in P&C department's projects
