In this role, you have the opportunity to
As project manager Trade Compliance (Supply Chain) you are responsible to deliver (sub) projects to implement sustainable business processes built around SAP and SAP-GTS supported by IT solutions, adequate master data and organizational design. Your focus will be on Trade Compliance processes in the overall HealthTech Supply Chain and Operations Domains.
You are responsible for

Project management in all aspects (scope, charter, objectives, deliverables, planning, resourcing, budget, risk management.

Large /complex multi-site projects
-
Impact on efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Managing internal stakeholders like country organizations
-
Leading or supporting process implementation projects and ensure processes are implemented as designed.

Mapping new solutions and ways of working and translate these into an implementation plan.

Being a change agent by clarifying the linking impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions.

Facilitating learning, provide process training (competency development) and prepare end user documentation.

Providing expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise to perform process gap analyses.

Actively interacting with Business Process Experts to align the business processes for local implementation

Interacting with Business Analysts and Functional consultants.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
-
Excellent project management skills
-
Good knowledge on SAP and SAP-GTS and how it’s implemented throughout the organization is a plus
-
Preferable good knowledge and Experience in the field of Trade Compliance (Customs, Export Control and Dangerous Goods) and it’s application within Supply Chain Management/Operations
-
Affinity with the Healthcare and Personal Health business.

Good influencing, communications skills
-
Change Management skills.

Fluent in English, verbal and written
-
At least 3-5 years working experience in supply chain management, Trade Compliance and/or IT
-
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, IT and/or Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences.
