Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
support the management of the project or program to deliver on the project or program results and outcome. You will use the governance, processes, practices, and tools established by the organization and provide administrative support for the delivery of the project or program work within its domain.
You are responsible for
-
Providing a consultative role to projects by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects
-
Monitoring compliance and ensuring application of project management methodology, best practices and standards in projects
-
Monitoring the competing competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk
-
Providing project with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions
-
Coordinating communication across projects .

Leading and managing changes to scope, cost and time through integrated change control process
-
Providing consolidated reporting to the program leadership
-
Facilitating project web site, special meetings, PM software support
-
Facilitating capturing lessons learned
-
Creating overall project communication standards for projects to follow
-
Assisting project manager in developing necessary communications to project stakeholders
-
Tracking project cost spend and create forecast reports to manage cost
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
-
Bachelors degree, or equivalent
-
5+ years of relevant working experience, including experience in PMO support of a large program
-
Proficiency in structuring complex tasks and coordination of complex processes
-
Good influencing and relationship building skills
-
Change management skills
-
Good process and data analytical skills
-
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively
-
Knowledge of PMBOK standard (preferred)
-
Experience in Lean tools (preferred)
-
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
