Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

develop and deploy a coordinated employee communications and engagement approach. The role will require the job holder to understand both the needs of hub employees and the business priorities, in order to translate them into engaging campaigns that would support our people through a period of significant changes. This role will also be involved in change management activities for strategical programs and culture building actions.

You are responsible for

  • Creating and executing campaigns to build employee engagement;

  • Developing content of internal communication deliverables (articles, posts, newsletters, memos) in the right tone adjusted to the target audience;

  • Organizing, defining the agenda and developing the format of regular business touchpoints e.g. townhalls, webcasts, all-hands calls to make it an exciting experience, drive engagement and understanding of how employees contribute to the overall success of the company;

  • Driving the local delivery of global initiatives;

  • Providing best in-class communications expertise to core members of the leadership team and local HR;

  • Managing local cross-functional community of change & communication ambassadors;

  • Supporting the creation of a strong leadership community, helping them drive employee engagement and own communication in their capacity as people leaders;

  • Liaising with external marketing agency;

  • Coaching more junior team members.

You are a part of

our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

You will be will be reporting to the local Change & Communications Lead and working closely with Change & Communications professionals from other GBS hubs across the globe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master Degree-level education, with 4-7 years of experience in internal communications or change management in an international matrixed / business environment;

  • Proficient English and fluency in using it in business environment (both verbally and in writing);

  • Strong content creator – excellent messaging and copywriting/editorial skills and experience of using internal engagement platforms (Yammer experience preferable);

  • Experience in end-to-end management of communication projects;

  • Proven experience in employee engagement programs to support company transformation;

  • Knowledge of and a keen interest in workplace related topics (future of work/inclusion & diversity/leadership & culture);

  • Experienced collaborator and influencer working with multiple stakeholders on all levels;

  • Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Experience in facilitating workshops or trainings will be an advantage;

  • Visual content creation skills will be an advantage.
