As Material Data CP Specialist you will be responsible for management of Standard Master Data request processes within agreed timelines. You will also make sure that Technical Standards, Variety Control, Law & Regulation and HSE Standards are met by ensuring availability of proper approval/guidance from the Technical Authority.

You will be a part of Global Team partly located in Krakow and Manila, consisted of 10 people. You will support operations and assure quality in our Rhineland refinery in Germany.

You will:

  • Create, update and requests equipment links (Bill Of Materials, Reservation, Stocking) in the database

  • Select Spare Parts and equipment specifications for projects and maintenance

  • Create a Technical specification of used spare parts and equipment

  • Maintain Spare Parts and equipment Catalogues

  • Act as focal point for spare parts and equipment requests

  • Provide end-user trainings for request process and forms

  • Ensure compliance to Spare Part catalogue related controls

  • Participate in working groups with publication of results in SAP-Catalogue

  • Develop and maintain standards in the catalogue (Content, descriptions, Hierarchy, Links)

  • Work with Maintenance & Engineering groups in the European Countries on Special Projects e.g. new installations.

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, good command of English and German with working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel (e.g. 'if' function, vlookup, hlookup, pivots) as a plus.

University or working background in Mechanical Engineering, Product/Material Engineering, Technical Business Administration or Master Data Management would be an advantage.
