What will you do?

• Work to support customers of our client

• Understand and make decisions according to defined Client Policies and Procedures

• Familiarize with or be interested in culture of supported language (pop culture, history, slang, etc.)

• Respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards

• Identify inefficiencies / improvement opportunities in processes and suggest solutions

• Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams

• Reviewing legal documentation according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards

• Cooperating with other team members and leads

What do we expect?

• Legal background, studies or experience with legal translations

• Excellent skills of computer literacy and information research

• Experience in working in a multinational environment

• Not involved in PIP program for at least 6 months

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English B2 or higher

• Good written and verbal communication skills in German B2 or higher
