You are responsible for

• Creating change communication strategies for your assigned programs.
• Working with market and business change management teams to understand their needs, define from-to states, map impacted groups (including external audiences), perform change impact analyses and help create and execute change management plans.
• Working with markets and businesses, including top leadership and end users, to define risks and roadblocks and create mitigation plans.
• Working with S&SD program and project managers to understand impact, needs and timings.
• Ensuring that the program and changes are communicated to the defined stakeholders.

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field needed.
• Change Management training, experience or certification.
• Experience from managing change resulting from large, global projects.
• Ability to apply professional change management concepts and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways additionally ability to effectively interact with and influence diverse employee groups including leadership.
• A high degree of social competence, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
• Flexible approach with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of humor.
• Excellent English both verbally and written.
