Your role
Do you want to help mature our End User Services cloud based platforms? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
• Work closely with external service providers
• Maintain a strategy for each of the cloud based platforms, keeping up to date with technology capabilities and changing business requirements
• Ensure governance requirements are followed for new platforms
• Understand complex business requirements, being able to articulate these to different audiences
• Keep a close eye on the costs, ensuring the platforms offer value to the business
Your team
You’ll be working in the global End User Services team based in Wroclaw, part of Technology Services. Our role is to provide secure and reliable End User platforms that are used across the organization.

Your expertise
You will have:
– experience working as a product manager, preferably in the end user services or infrastructure space
– excellent presentation skills, both verbally and documented
– experience in AGILE and SCRUM methodologies
– experience of working with multiple internal and external teams on a shared goal
– knowledge of Cloud based End User solutions
– experience of usage reporting, including trending
– previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects
– a background in the financial industry, or similar enterprise environments
– the ability to analyse, explain and document methodically
You may have:
– some technical background – we’re not looking for a developer but a technical background will help with understanding of the complex platforms
