Why this role is important to us
This role will be part of the project team supporting NAV processes of Alternative Investment Solutions Department in terms of re-engineering the process, modeling current and future process globally by developing new solutions and proposing improvements and automatizations in current processes.
What you will be responsible for:

Reviewing, documenting and mapping current processes in terms of searching for improvements.

Providing product support for existing solutions.

Communicating with the business, collecting requirements.

Interpret business needs and support creation of new solutions in order to automate processes and create savings.

Maintain ongoing gap analysis of existing automatic solutions vs current process and propose changes/enhancements in order to automate processes and create savings.

Present current process and findings to Project Team and Project Owner.

Develop specific business requirements and functional specifications.

Create Manuals and Training materials for business.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with programming / databases will be an advantage.

2-plus years’ experience of concentrated use of Microsoft products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, VBA) and proven Project management skills.

Focused and committed to deliver quality results in a given timeframe. Understanding of NAV Processes and used systems will be an advantage for this role.

Familiarity with standard process documentation will be an advantage. Familiarity of Agile development methods would be an advantage.
