Who we are looking for
State Street Bank International Poland Branch in Krakow is seeking a motivated and energetic Compliance Officer to assist with the monitoring of global regulatory change management for applicable labor laws and regulations and to assist the Vice President of Global Human Resources and Global Security Compliance on various compliance matters.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team supporting Global Human Resources (GHR) and Global Security Compliance for all State Street locations. The position sits within State Street Corporate Compliance in the Global Privacy and Information Management Office.

What you will be responsible for
As Compliance Officer, HR & Global Security you will

Monitor new global regulatory obligations of labor laws and regulations in line with State Street’s global regulatory change management procedures

Assist with preparing management information reports for Global Human Resources and Global Security business risk committees

Track and provide monthly updates on the status of regulatory examination

Assist with the review of evidence to remediate compliance issues

Handle special projects as needed

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Prior regulatory change monitoring or paralegal experience is a plus

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint experience mandatory
