Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to identify talent and bring them on board? Are you passionate about building client relationships?
We're looking for someone like that to help us:
• advise on recruitment strategy for our global stakeholders and ensure the highest standards of recruitment are being met
• build long term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• identify and hire the right candidates for our internships and graduate trainee programs
• closely collaborate with colleagues in other HR teams
• ensure our processes and programs are up to date with the market and candidate expectations
Your team
You will be working within the Recruiting team based in our Krakow or Wroclaw office covering Junior Talent recruitment for our business based in Switzerland. You will work closely with colleagues in Poland as well as in Switzerland. Our team partners with a wide range of business groups to further enhance their people agenda. In your role you will be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by identifying the right candidates within the right timeframes and we are the first impression for our highly motivated applicants.

Your expertise
• at least 2 years’ experience in recruitment focused on graduate talent (internships and trainee programs)
• enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment
• digital and innovative mindset
• passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• client-centric and solution-orientated (you make it happen!)
• excellent negotiation and communication skills
• fluent in English, German is an advantage
