Your role

Are you a great storyteller? Do you have proven experience of using a variety of channels to get the word out? Do you know how to engage different kinds of people on a variety of topics? We’re looking for a communications specialist to:

• advise our business partners on their communications, including helping them determine the appropriate delivery channels
• develop, manage and report on the communication and education campaigns led by our team
• provide guidance on appropriate communication form, tools and delivery channels, offering support for projects and initiatives
• create integrated communication materials, concepts and implement them
• manage a number of our communications and education related projects

Your team

You’ll be working in the IT Foundation team in Kraków (Fabryczna Office). Together with Zurich based colleagues, we provide internal Technology solutions accompanied with communication and education services that include leading communication campaigns, editing and writing various materials as well as support learning initiatives for our UBS Employees worldwide. As a communications specialist, you’ll play an important role in our internal communication flow.

Your expertise

• ideally 2-4 years of experience in internal communications
• interest in employee engagement, finance sector, investment products and economic research
• able to run communications projects independently, keeping close contact with business partners
• excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way
• solution-orientated and accustomed to tight deadlines
• flair for writing with a keen eye for detail
• fluent in English; German would be an asset (but not a must requirement)BS
