In this role, you have the opportunity to drive direct impact on data quality, with less process disruption due to poor data and actionable insight by enforcing the governance around data for the European market: data management standard ways of working.

You are responsible for

  • Reviewing, validating, providing feedback to improve business and data rules applicable for his/her market towards IDM BIOs, data quality and BPO/BPEs, GBS Operations;

  • Ensuring Compliance to those rules by the data owners, by informing, training, coaching and sharing status report, up to market leadership level e.g., Data quality;

  • Executing self or managing locally (Direct or functionally) business related data activities with GBS data service, analytics, quality, based on SLAs as SPOC to EIM/IDM/GBS

  • Driving improvement of data quality (PDCA) for the market with the support of data specialists and EIM and BPO/BPEs during E2E business transformation (data cleansing, data migration) or during continuous improvement phase;

You are a part of the Master Data Global Team and you will be located in Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor level in information/data/IT management or in functional area;

  • 6-9 years minimum in a market in a role with exposure to Master Data (data quality or data management or data use in business context);

  • Solid data management or information (technology) management and competence;

  • People management skills and experience;

  • Good leadership skills: influencing others, organizational sensitivity;

  • Experience in being a trusted advisor to market senior level, demonstrated ability to drive impact;

  • Previous international work experience in a matrix organization;
