We are looking for a motivated professional who would like to join our Procurement Centre of Excellence in Łódź for a project aiming to secure that all quality contracts with our suppliers are in place to secure Product and Patient Safety.

The Source to Contract Supplier Quality Contract Team (S2C – SQ) is the gatekeeper and administrator for the source-to-contract quality process to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and timely, and if there are problems that arise in the process the S2C Team facilitates the resolution of those issues. The S2C Team is also the administrator of the Ariba S2C tool.

You are responsible for

• Providing support for E2E (end to end) process regarding finalization of the quality documentation with Philips suppliers

• Preparing and sending quality documents to the suppliers in cooperation with Quality Team and Commodity Management Team

• Following up on the finalization of these documents until signatures

• Organization, management, and maintenance of the quality documents in the Ariba S2C tool.

• User Database-Management

• Maintenance of reports/reporting dashboards

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Student of at least 2nd year of studies

• Availability to work 40h/week

• Good level of English (at least B2 level)

• Computer Literate, strong knowledge of Excel

• Communication skills and customer attitude

• High level of accuracy and strong execution skills

• Self-driven and pro-active attitude, ability to work independently
