In this role, you have the opportunity to
be part of Global Procurement Team and have a visible impact on the finding the best way how to meet the challenges of markets and global competition.
You are responsible for
Area: Industrial/Real Estate/Facility management

Managing projects of medium complexity in line with the PMP methodology;

Supporting development of functions in CoE, including centralization projects;
-
Maintaining relations with relevant BPO’s and BPE’s and business leaders;
-
Driving productivity through leading of kaizen events and deployment of own process improvement ideas;
-
Driving efficiencies within the managed processes;
-
Making right decisions in difficult situations, when time is critical;
-
Taking charge of a group to overcome difficulties, face issues and ensure that decisions are made;
-
Empowering others to make decisions and holds them accountable for result;
-
Delivering results through others;
-
Proactively managing escalations related to area of operations;
-
Effectively managing multiple and difficult situations;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
-
Graduate with master’s degree;
-
Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written);
-
Min. 3 years of indirect procurement experience in the area of Industry/Real- Estate/Logistics;
-
Advanced people management and team building skills;
-
Communication skills, including constructive feedback, persuasion and inspiration;
-
Goal setting and performance management;
-
Customer attitude;
-
Proactivity; Conflict resolution; Stakeholder management; Project management
