In this role, you have the opportunity to manage the Order Management Team (300+ FTE) together with the key stakeholders, develop yourself into an all-round Supply Chain Professional and contribute to improving 2,5 billion people's lives globally.

This role is within Supply Chain Organization and performs tactical, operational and strategical activities to drive Order Management transformation. You will proactively shape the business transformation, build organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture. You will work closely with diverse business leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant services/solutions. You will be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer order activities through the order fulfillment cycle – from receiving PO from the customer, through clear order package, order entry (commercial and factory), invoicing, up till monitoring and managing proper delivery to incoterms location, ensuring OTIF order management KPI targets;

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring Order Management/Supply Chain/Company reaching targets and its commitments towards customers;

• Driving Order Management transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision-making;

• Actively driving a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices;

• Establishing strong relationships with regional leaders through regular meetings and foster open dialogue between service leadership and internal customers with regards to service delivery and future innovations;

• Leading and developing the Order Management team (300+ FTE) to ensure the long and short-term capabilities;

You are a part of our Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Graduate with Master’s Degree;

• 10+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service or Supply Chain;

• Excellent leadership skills, solid people management experience (including complex structure);

• Change management skills, ability to persuade, influence and motivate others;

• Ability to deliver under pressure, good mixture of operational and strategic attitudes;

• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to make the right decisions in difficult situations, when time is critical;

• Advanced communication skills, conflict resolution, stakeholder management in a matrix environment;

• Customer attitude, proactivity;

• Fluent English;

• Lean knowledge and practical experience with continuous improvement;

• SAP knowledge and working experience;
