Who we are looking for
We are looking to hire enthusiastic Performance Analytics Specialist, Senior Associate, who will provide core performance measurement services supporting monthly or daily calculations and reporting frequency. Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing SME expertise and support to Supervisor and Performance & Analytics team.
Under the supervision of Manager Performance Analytics Specialist will be engaged in various projects, and initiatives related to technical aspects of the business, partner and maintain relationships with stakeholders in order to meet agreed internal as well as external client targets and SLAs.
On the daily basis will be working closely with Performance Teams located in Zurich and Frankfurt, mostly with German clients.
What you will be responsible for

Data reconciliation for both daily and monthly clients within given deadline

Compare and confirm accuracy of performance data as it appears in the system.

Create client performance reports on daily / weekly / monthly frequency

Demonstrate good understanding of all standard performance client reports pertaining to assigned clients, including Performance, Attribution, Analytics, Risk, VaR, Board Reports etc.

Escalate and advise donor sites of any discrepancies and/or issues a timely fashion

Working with Donor Site and FA on any discrepancies that occur

Keeping track of KPI and leading Governance Calls

Liaises with internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery

Assist in implementation of new clients and change requests under the guidance of the manager

Give input to the manager about resource requirements and for planning the reporting production

Support new employee to be aware of, to understand and to apply procedures and administrative tasks

Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks

Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal clients and colleagues

Demonstrates good time organizational skills

Ensure that daily workload is allocated appropriately

Provides direction and training to staff in the course of their day-to-day work, trains less experienced staff in fund and bank procedures and processes, and provides guidance and an adequate source of help for questions

Identify training needs within the team

Other responsibilities include responding in timely manner to all additional request from donor site, investigation of arising issues, cross training of other team members, BCP planning.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Economics, Accountancy, Finance and/or Business related degree (preferred)

2+ years of experience in an Investment Performance and/or a Fund Accounting Group

VBA/Data base knowledge would be an asset
