What you’ll do:
- Partner with global team members, Corporate partners and counterparty personnel to address/resolve banking regulatory / documentation requests (e.g. KYC, FATCA, etc.)
- Administer and maintain banking rights for Corporate e-banking platforms (setting-up new users or deleting existing users), with strong focus on segregation of duties / internal controls
- Administer quarterly access review processes as required by internal info security requirements for various Treasury systems
- Download, organize and maintain key Treasury documents (e.g. monthly bank statements, KYC / FATCA documents, signature cards, etc.)
- Accumulate and report key Treasury activities/results to internal stakeholders within prescribed timelines
- Monitor and maintain Treasury shared email inboxes and service requests through ServiceNow, redirecting requests as needed in a timely and efficient manner for resolution, support in troubleshooting, resolving of the issues
- Utilize Treasury management workstations (e.g. Kyriba) and e-banking platforms ( in Europe and Americas scope) in support of daily responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent objectives, tasks, or activities
- Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring confidentiality and protection of sensitive Company information
- Maintain desktop procedures that accurately reflect routine responsibilities
- Support with Team’s backup structure (Bank Administration and Cash Management activities)
- Support with small projects
- Assisting in any task delegated by Team Lead or Treasury Manager
What you’ll need:
- Previous administrative experience desired, exposure to Finance or Banking a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish required
- Attention to detail, ability to manage technical banking / legal documentation
- Self-reliant, pro-active and open to remote management
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet internal/external deadlines
- Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
