Your role
Are you passionate about managing an heterogeneous technology landscape and its associated risks? We’re looking for someone like you that to help us to:
• Become the single point of contact for all IT Risk matters within our department, facilitating the related Controlling & Reporting activities
• Coordinate the solution architecture design review process and track architectural decisions
• Liaise with the senior IT architects to ensure that the documentation, knowledge and inventories are maintained and published to the wider organization
• Maintain the different reporting dashboards and provide insights during the strategic IT decision making processes
• Lead ad-hoc IT Landscape analysis and change activities.
Your team
• You’ll be working in the Legal IT Architecture team.
• We are part of a federated CTO team who is responsible for a broad range of aspects including Enterprise Architecture, IT Risk Management, Technology & Architecture governance, Program Portfolio Planning and Agile practices
• We work at different levels of the organization and interact regularly with senior Business & IT managers as well as with technologist and SMEs.
Your expertise
• University degree with strong technical background (e.g., Applied Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics), an additional education degree (e.g., PhD, MBA) is a plus
• 3+ years’ experience working preferably in IT risk, IT audit or IT Architecture
• Good technical knowledge (e.g. Cloud technologies, DevOps, Software Configuration management, IT security, etc.).
• Good knowledge of IT Management processes and risks
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic web development and SQL experience. Additional experience with Tableau, GitLab and Jira is an asset
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of German and other languages is an asset

• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing the overview.
