Responsibilities:

• Providing daily systems support for internal clients (especially Pensions Operations and Payroll and Accounts teams in Poland and the UK), delivering high quality technical solutions in a timely fashion that meet the requirements provided
• Ensuring that defects are fixed and technical requests are resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements:
  • Analysing mistakes
  • Searching for solutions
  • Working with internal client do define scope of technical request
  • Testing and quality check
  • Implementing the solution
• Supporting projects where responsibilities include undertaking client specific configuration and the bulk loading of data.

Requirements:

• University Degree (preferred in IT/Computer Sciences/ Engineering/Maths or Business Related Degree)
• Fluent English – C1 Level (CEFR scale or equivalent)
• Experience in developing and testing PL/SQL scripts to query and manipulate data
• Experience with VBA coding, particularly within MS Word, MS Access and MS Excel
• Experience with working with Oracle tables and ability to comprehend the link between these and the user interface
• Strong investigative skills in complex software infrastructure
• Experience with quality assurance: identifying appropriate test cases, preparing test plans and undertaking unit testing
• Experience supporting financial and administration systems; familiarity with frameworks of inter-banking communication
• Experience in programming and systems analysis (requirement gathering, implementation, unit testing)
• Spotless record and strong ethos.
