Why this role is important to us:
The goal of the team is to provide L3 support and resiliency for number of internally/externally developed applications.
Our team proactively monitors applications through our internal/external tools to identify and resolve performance and technical issues as fast as possible in cooperation with other teams.
Other responsibilities we focus on are: gather and maintain the knowledge about applications, processes, tools, data flows, standard operations procedures per app, accesses, stakeholders and teams involved, issues and solutions.
What you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring of production systems with advanced monitoring tools
- Technical analysis of issues based on the flow of application
- Providing business users with feedback/solutions dependently on agreed scope per app
- Ability to communicate with different technical teams
- Comfortable in learning the new technologies and independently asking for help
- More then basic knowledge of Windows Severs, autosys jobs, Splunk, Dynatrace, MsSQL, Linux
- Competency in continuous improvement and prevention of reoccurring issues
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English language - written and spoken,
- Professional maturity, enthusiasm, flexibility and proactive approach,
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment,
- More then basic knowledge of Windows Severs, AutoSys jobs, Splunk, Dynatrace, MySQL, Linux
- Understanding business processes
