Your role
Are you looking for career opportunity in banking area? Do you have analytical skills? We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will be responsible for:
• creating and maintaining workflows and production of reporting aligned to these workflows
• perform data analysis on diverse data sets
• oversee automated operations processes and initiate correct support processes in case of exceptions
• communicate with various stakeholder levels across functional areas
• create concise and accurate operating procedure and completion of training to team members
Your team
You will be working in the Business Risk Organization (BRO) team. We are responsible for the execution of large elements of the control framework, particularly focusing on Suitability, Product Governance, Employee Competence/ Supervision, Fraud and Transaction Capture/Execution.
We also act as an advisor and partner to the business around a wide manner of risk issues as they arise from change projects, new business, emerging issues or regulatory change. You will play a crucial role in exercising active risk management, interfacing with local management, team heads, desk heads, product and operation team heads, as well as local and global risk control functions.
This is temporary position for 1 year contract with possibility to convert this role to permanent position.
Your expertise
• a university degree or equivalent
• min. 1 year experience in banking or consulting area
• good knowledge of MS Excel
• dependable with can-do attitude, willing to learn and grow professionally
• good analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• able to multi-task and manage priorities
• curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• experience in any of following tools is a plus: Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Power BI, Business Objects, and MicroStrategy
• fluent in English
