About the job
As a Business Change Manager with focus on communication, you will improve awareness and desire for utilizing our new opportunities within data and analytics across Arla. You will:
- Take lead in developing and executing of communication strategy and plan
- Develop campaigns to create awareness across Arla of the value in doing more with data and analytics
- Continuously align plan and activities with stakeholders both within APH and across Arla
- Write articles that inspire colleagues in Arla to do more with data
- Develop and maintain our SharePoint site
- Create communications plans for projects
- Perform stakeholder workshops and maintain stakeholder plans
- Create slides for our Master Deck to be utilized by APH colleagues when communicating with stakeholders
- Create newsletters
Who are you?
In this role, you will make good use of your strong communication and relationship building skills. At the same time, and because you will be collaborating across the Arla organisation, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating and working effectively with all levels in the organisation.
Moreover, you:
- Bring at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar role within change management or communication
- Have a relevant master degree
- Are familiar with working within a large company
- Have experience working with projects enabled by IT, preferably in an agile setup
- Preferably bring knowledge of advanced analytics
- Strong stakeholder management skills as you will have stakeholders on all levels of the organization
- Outstanding communication skills (in English) to engage people from different backgrounds and cultures to successfully deliver objectives
- A focus on achieving goals with the priority deliverables
